Overview:
Commissioned by Ahmadyar Group for the launch of La Vera Creek in Nadd Al Hamar, this architectural showcase brought the newly unveiled model residence to life for prospective buyers and luxury investors.
Challenges:
Rather than a presenter-led walkthrough, the production relied on high-end interior cinematography. Specialized framing, smooth movement and controlled lighting ratios emphasized spatial flow, natural light and premium material finishes.
Conclusion:
The showcase established trust with Ahmadyar Group’s leadership. The developer expanded the engagement into a long-term production contract, commissioning ongoing monthly construction progress videos across the build lifecycle.
